Returns, Exchanges, and Quality Control

Before ordering, please select colors/sizes and shirt styles carefully.

We have created a great deal of shirt color-ink color combinations for both men and women to appeal to a wide variety of different tastes. Our print-on-demand designs are printed specifically to meet your design/color/size/style request at time of order, so we cannot accept returns and can offer exchanges only for quality control reasons.

Product Defects & Quality Control

Contact us right away at (support [at] familyarmory [dot] com) if there is a problem with a product received and we will work to get you a replacement if necessitated, but we can't take back products based on a change of heart regarding color or size. We apologize for this inconvenience.

  • When you email us, please include a few pictures of the defect as we will need to forward them along to our suppliers.

Cancellation

Because we send your order to processing just as soon as you submit it to us, we cannot cancel any orders. Your order submission through this online store is an automated process built with speed and efficiency in mind. 

  • Your order is sent to fulfillment immediately after payment submission. Because of the speed involved, we cannot intervene to stop the order. We ask that all orders are placed with care and thoughtfulness before payment and edit your shopping cart as needed prior to order submission.
